Dear customers and business partners, please allow me to inform you that as of 14.08.2024 we are changing the name of our company from the former IMA Schelling Slovakia s.r.o. to LEGRO Slovakia s.r.o.

This step is the logical outcome of the changes that have taken place in our company over the last years. The change of the company's name has no impact on valid contracts and other legal relationships. The Company will continue to perform all valid contracts entered into and will base the performance of its obligations and the exercise of its rights on these contracts. This announcement is for informational purposes only and is not a change to existing contracts, their contents, nor shall it be construed as a change to any other valid legal relationship with the company. In the event of a need to change your contract in the designation of the contracting parties ( company name ), we are ready to implement your requirements. At the same time, we confirm that there has been no change in terms of management or other personnel who communicate with you. All identification information ( ID number, VAT number, account number, etc.) as well as telephone numbers remain unchanged.

At the same time, we ask you to include our new company name on all tax documents you send to us.
