At our facility, we have therefore optimized our coating system, delivering not only environmental but also technological benefits.

What has been achieved:

• reduction of VOC emissions by more than 42%

• reduced consumption of coating materials

• significant reduction in solvent consumption

• shortening of the time between coating layers by approximately 50%

• increased productivity in coating preparation

The new system also provides higher pigment coverage, enabling reduced material consumption, especially for demanding color shades.
